I want to nominate Bryan Webster for employee of the month. Bryan is here early every morning and comes back early from lunch. Bryan is the first person to volunteer if he sees a need. He is quick to recognize priority and set aside his own work to assist the needs he sees in his department. When other departments bring last minute freight, even as late as Friday morning, he rarely says no and if there’s any way to get it done, he will reschedule entire loads to make sure the customer’s freight ships. I appreciate Bryan’s support and his positive attitude at work—even when times are rough. He desires to always do his best and takes pride in his work ethic and that’s hard to find.
