Contingency plans have been activated to help mitigate the impacts of winter storms across the United States. Our top priorities remain the safety and well-being of our team members while continuing to provide our customers with the highest level of service possible.
Due to severe weather conditions, a National Service Disruption has been issued. Shipments with a delivery commitment of Tuesday, January 27 may experience delays, with the potential for disruptions to continue throughout this week and running into next week. Please note that weather-related delays may not be immediately reflected in estimated delivery dates.
Our team members are actively rerouting shipments and working closely with customers and shippers to secure updated delivery appointments. This process may cause additional short-term disruptions; however, we are working diligently to minimize impacts wherever possible.
