Hey Janet,

I am reaching out to let you know that my last day with Lineage Logistics will be later this week.  I was approached by BNSF with an opportunity that is very desirable and is a perfect fit for my skill set.  This new opportunity is in the location I desire (Chicago Loop) and ultimately puts me back into more of a day to day coaching, mentoring, and developing of associates type role.  I will be overseeing operations for a new location for BNSF and have 100% P&L accountability.  The decision was a difficult one because I thoroughly enjoyed working for Lineage and the customers that Lineage provides services for.  I will miss working with you but I’m sure we’ll cross paths again as I will remain in the industry, just in a different role.  Thank you for being WONDERFUL to work with over the past 14 months.  I’ve worked with a lot of carriers since entering the industry in 2004 and I can say with all honesty that working with you has been an absolute pleasure.  I am going to do my best to make sure Lineage is in a good place to continue doing the same pieces of business with Blakeman that I was tossing your way. . .Mike is our Regional Manager based in GA.  Give him a shout to get introduced!  I can’t say it enough, but thank you once again for being truly great to work with.  Please don’t be a stranger - keep in touch!
